I kept an eye on that long E 1675, and was surprised to see it close below $12k (and below the low estimate). I suppose the service hands hurt demand for it?
Also had my eye on that A. Cairelli UG, and _man_ was that a strong result. Guess it's still a bargain at ~half of the MLG hammer last year?
Re the 1675 (AH24011602), in addition to the case being kind of weak, the auctioneer never answers questions, and more importantly their photography is subpar. The consignor may have done better listing it on eBay by themselves. The fat font one on the other hand went for $18.5K. I think the UG Cairelli was a great buy and regret not bidding, they don't come up very often!

Oh that’s interesting. Still haven’t sharpened (ha ha) my eye for cases. Great point.
Don’t see links to the first few watches- where are they being sold? Particularly that fat font GMT master
For now George won't post links to lots he reviews, you can find details in the intro post: https://infinitebreguet.substack.com/p/introduction
(I've asked him this question before, hence my quick reply :P)
Ah gotcha. Thanks!
