I think having a great store with full of inventory and good employees is important. These things are hard to sell if the customer doesnt have a good experience.
Thanks and nice 2-part reviews of WOS, I enjoyed them! I like WOS’s focus on showrooms, it seems they understand what luxury consumers want, and there isn’t much competition at their playing level.
